The breathtaking Sun Kiss Beachfront apartment comes with a stunning swimming pool and beautiful garden and is located only 25 minutes from Malaga Airport, in the quiet residential area of Miraflores next to La Cala De Mijas, between Marbella and Fuengirola. The apartment has an absolutely stunning south-facing view that will take your breath away, and spacious balcony, pampering you with endless hours of sun during the day, and stunning sunsets at night, and providing the perfect lounge for memorable outdoor dinners and relaxation.

The space
The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, sleeps up to 6 persons. An extra bed for a small child can be available upon request. While the master bedroom offers a 180-degree view of the deep blue sea and the calming sounds of the waves rolling in, the living-dining room is a great retreat if you get tired of the baking sun. Here you can watch Netflix or other kinds of entertainment you might have on the big screen TV or read a book in the tranquil corner space we have created for kids, teenagers or anyone who wants some quiet time, but still be close to everything.

For extra convenience, and to make you feel like home, the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, as well as a washing machine, iron and ironing board, fully airconditioned, free WI-FI and parking.

The most spectacular feature of the apartment is the spacious outdoor terrace, which offers 180-degree stunning view of the deep blue Mediterranean Sea, and the calming sound of the waves, the best views one could possibly imagine, and the perfect lounge to sit and enjoy a cold drink, or your morning coffee – all this with the feeling you are in the water.

The apartment is on the third floor and is accessible only by stairs (no lift) . There are five flights of stairs (2,5 floors) to enter the apartment).

Location and things to do
With more than 10 golf courses within a 15 minutes drive, this is a unique location for passionate golfers. For more prestigious courses you only need to drive a little bit further. If you prefer other types of exercises, the well-equipped Max Beach Club gym is within walking distance from the apartment, and the latest trend of paddle tennis is a short drive away, at the Club del Sol in Calahonda, where they also offer traditional tennis, and squash. If that is not enough for you, the mountains are also on your doorstep for you and your bicycle, and the long wonderful wooden beach walk along the Mediterranean Sea between La Cala de Mijas and Cabopino Marina is perfect if you love walking or running.

Once you have completed your exercise, you can spoil yourself at the Max Beach Club that is famous for its parties, nice pool, great food and good drinks, or at the El Oceano Beach Hotel, which offers luxurious 5-star facilities and relaxation. Or you can enjoy your own luxurious compounds amazing swimming pool with perfect green palm surroundings, sun-chairs and direct access to the beach. The choice is yours.

To feed your appetite, and besides the many restaurants and supermarkets you will find in the neighborhood, the apartment also offers the convenience of a cozy little beachfront restaurant (chiringuito) right next to it, giving you the opportunity to never have to drive anywhere to be able to enjoy a delicious meal or refreshing drinks.
