The space
350 m2 two-storey villa including a large outdoor living space (118 m2) with a private south-facing garden and heated pool:
- The Main floor is composed of a bedroom with en-suite bathroom; the fully equipped modern kitchen; the spacious, modern living room with a fireplace, dining area and floor-to-ceiling windows leading onto a generous porch and backyard, plus a toilet.
- The Top floor comprises 3 bedrooms featuring an en-suite bathroom each, and a shared private terrace.

Additional rules
Make sure you leave the apartment as you found it, clean, bins & recycling thrown out, dishes washed.
Host must be notified before guests invite anyone to the house, keeping in mind the COVID-19 situation. We need to assure the safety of our guests that we are hosting. No extra people should be endangering our other guests. We have take measures to keep social distancing & safety procedures for all our guests.
CONDITIONS
PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS POLICIES
- We request 50% of the total amount in order to confirm the booking.
- Pending amount, 50% + refundable deposit 15 days prior arrival.
- This deposit is fully refundable 10 days after check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
- Check-in is anytime from 16-21 (4pm to 9pm).
Late check-in is required to be paid in cash:
– From 21-00 (9pm to 12am) there is an extra charge of 40 euros.
– From 00-05 (12am to 5am) there is an extra charge of 55 euros.
- Check-out is by 11:00 (11am)
- Late Check out fee from 11-13 (11am until 1pm): 40€ extra.

- Late Check out fee after 13:00 (1pm): As an offsetting measure, the day’s base rate will be charged without discounts.
- Parking: 10€/day
- We charge 10€ extra for baby crib and high chair per day.
- We charge 35€ for an extra bed per day.
- We charge 10€ for a pet per day. (Must not exceed 10 kg)
- Final cleaning is included in the quotation.
- Guests can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival.
- There will be no refund offered if reservation is cancelled within 14 days before intended arrival.
