Benalmádena is where most of our properties are based. It sits on the central stretch of the Costa del Sol, 15 minutes by car from Málaga airport, and is split into three distinct areas: Benalmádena Costa on the seafront, Arroyo de la Miel around the train station, and Benalmádena Pueblo up in the hills. We have villas and apartments in all three.

- El Sueño de Don Quijote — 4-bedroom villa in the private Residencial Picasso, Puerto Marina area. Sleeps 10. Walking distance to the beach.
- Villa Sunny Camelia — 5-bedroom villa, private heated pool, home cinema, BBQ. Sleeps 10. Family-friendly luxury neighbourhood.
- Villa Monte Alto — 5-bedroom villa with private heated pool, sauna and BBQ. Sleeps 10. Walking distance to the town centre.
Why stay in Benalmádena
Benalmádena works for most types of travellers. Families like the beach clubs, Selwo Marina and Tivoli World. Couples tend to prefer Puerto Marina for restaurants and the cable car up to Mount Calamorro. Golfers have Torrequebrada and several more courses within 20 minutes. The coastal walk runs uninterrupted from Torremolinos to Fuengirola, so you can walk the whole seafront without crossing a road.
The beaches — Carvajal, Santa Ana, Bil-Bil — are Blue Flag and have lifeguards in season. The old town, Benalmádena Pueblo, is 10 minutes inland and worth a morning for the white-washed streets and views.
Getting to Benalmádena
- Málaga airport (AGP): 20 km, 15–20 minutes by car or €25 taxi. Direct train (Cercanías C1) from the airport to Arroyo de la Miel / Benalmádena in 25 minutes.
- Málaga city: 20 minutes by train or car.
- Marbella: 35 minutes by car via the A-7.
Practical notes
Parking is free at most villas and difficult in central Benalmádena Costa in July and August — our beachfront apartments either have allocated parking or a nearby public garage. English is widely spoken. Shops, pharmacies and supermarkets (Mercadona, Lidl, Carrefour) are within walking distance of every property we list here.
