This recently refurbished studio is located in the popular Benal Beach Complex, just 200 m from the beach, 300 m from Paloma Park, 350 m from the aquarium, and 3 km from Benalmádena centre.
It has an equipped open kitchen, one bathroom, and a spacious room with a double bed, a double sofa bed and dinning table. The terrace faces the gardens.

Make sure you leave the apartment as you found it. Neat and tidy, bins emptied, trash & recycling thrown out, dishes washed.
Host must be notified before guests invite anyone to the house, keeping in mind the COVID-19 situation. We need to assure the safety of our guests that we are hosting. No extra people should be endangering our other guests. We have taken measures to keep social distancing & safety procedures for all our guests.
CONDITIONS
- We request 30% of the total amount in order to confirm the booking.
- The remaining 70% is due 14 days prior to arrival.
- The refundable security deposit is 300€ for apartments and 500€ for villas.
