The space
This fantastic 320 m² modern villa has lovely private outdoor areas, a home cinema and is within walking distance to the beach!

The bright, open living area includes an exquisite kitchen overlooking the backyard barbecue and dining area, and a stylish wooden dining table for the whole family, while carefully arranged bedrooms add sophistication to the modern backdrop. If you want to experience Benalmádena’s delightful microclimate, the front porch, balconies and the large front garden and pool area will help you to do so.

For some in-house fun, spend time in the home cinema in the basement and snuggle on the plush sofa with your favourite person—or pet—by your side. Alternatively, you can hit the heated(*see below) swimming pool outside for amazing high-quality time with your loved ones. In the morning, going for an invigorating swim is very likely to boost your energy and help you get ready for a beautiful day on the beach!

(*)Outdoor private heated swimming pool. The pool is heated only upon request, with an extra charge of 25€ per day. The pool heating is only available from September 15th to May 15th (“winter” season).
Important: Please let us know if you want this amenity, so we can start heating the pool before your arrival. Heat pumps generally heat a pool after 24 to 72 hours, so it will take a couple of days to heat the pool from about 15°C to a maximum of approximately 25-28°C. Please be aware, a heated pool is not a jacuzzi-type of heat, the pool will never be warmer than appr. 25-28°C. In order to maintain the heat in the pool, it should always be covered when not in use, or the heat will dissipate and the pool will cool down very quickly.
